Notre Dame de Vie
Katy Wehr is a friend of Notre Dame de Vie (Our Lady of Life) - a Carmelite Secular Institute of the Catholic Church. It is made up of consecrated lay women, lay men and secular priests who live out vows of poverty, chastity and obedience while working in a wide range of occupations and countries of the world. They do this by living and encouraging the practice of silent prayer in the spirit of the great Carmelite masters St Teresa of Avila, St John of the Cross and St Thérèse of Liseux, as taught by their founder Blessed Fr. Marie-Eugène. Find out more about them here.
